Mr. Bruno Lorenzelli

<p>Bruno Lorenzelli has over 25 years of experience in the market and 20 in the financial services industry. He started his career working for EU institutions dealing with software research programs and went on to work for Burau van Dijk International. From 2000 he worked for several blue chip system integrators. Began as Manager at JP Morgan in 2005. Bruno then moved to Barclays and Deutsche Bank in 2008, and to Standard Chartered Bank in 2009 as a Manager. In 2010, he became a Director at Newedge and a Trader in 2011. From 2016 to 2020, set up his first startup as CEO of NOVASTAR CAPITAL, an independent advisory boutique focused on illiquid debt. Bruno then founded his second startup the CEO & Founder of TXC/TaXchange in 2020, and finally his last startup in USA as CEO of Exchange Robotics since 2022.</p> <p>Bruno obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics, Finance and Accounting from Università degli Studi di Bari in 1989-1993. Bruno then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in EU Law & Economics from the same university in 1994-1996. In 2001-2002, they completed an MSc in Computer Science with a focus in Distributed Information Systems from the University of London. In addition to their degrees, Bruno also holds an Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK which they obtained in November 2012</p>
