Biography

I am the founder and CEO of PentEdge where I work with mid-sized and community banks to modernize their operations in practical and sustainable ways. My focus is on helping institutions implement AI powered automation improve compliance processes and transition from legacy systems while maintaining business continuity.

With over 30 years in financial services and consulting I have led transformation programs developed strategy and partnered with both global firms and smaller teams. These experiences taught me how to align long term vision with operational realities especially in highly regulated industries.

I am also a coauthor of a leadership book that shares stories of resilience among women executives and I serve as a founding member of WomenExecs on Boards. These roles have deepened my belief in the power of diverse voices and collaborative leadership.
