Ms. Allison Sisson

Allison Sisson is a demand generation and marketing professional with a background in financial services marketing, including experience supporting community banks such as Bank of Bozeman, an ICBA member institution. Early in her career, she partnered with bank leadership teams to drive growth, strengthen brand positioning, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

Through that work, Allison developed a deep appreciation for the role strong governance and board leadership play in guiding community banks through change and growth. That perspective ultimately led her to OnBoard, where she now works with banks and credit unions to modernize board operations and support more effective, informed decision-making through governance technology.

She brings a practitioner’s understanding of bank marketing, leadership dynamics, and the evolving needs of community financial institutions.
