Pamela Buckley is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) with over 30 years of experience and expertise in the financial services industry. Leveraging 13 years of regulatory experience with the FDIC, Pam has dedicated the past 20 years to delivering best-in-class compliance consulting, risk assessment, monitoring, and training services to financial institutions of all sizes and charters. For many of Capco’s clients, Pam has helped develop and implement comprehensive Compliance Management Systems and facilitated successful regulatory Examinations. Pam’s examiner background gives her insight into regulatory expectations, and her consulting experience provides insight into practical solutions for Capco clients. Pam co-leads Capco’s Community Banking Consulting Practice and champions the firm’s Compliance Risk Management Solutions. While with the FDIC, Pam filled key roles including Review Examiner, Acting Consumer Affairs Specialist, and Senior Compliance Examiner in the Northeast.
