Program Features
M Benefit Solutions provides executive and director compensation and benefits packages, as well as BOLI services. Non-qualified retirement plans through M Benefit Solutions may include supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs), salary continuation plans, and/or defined contribution plans. The Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) program includes implementation services, ongoing administration and compliance analysis. M Benefit Solutions will successfully audit or transfer existing BOLI programs that may need improvement.
