USDA Business & Industry Loans (B&I) are a viable alternative to the SBA 7(a) program with loans up to $25,000,000 and an 80% guarantee (much larger loan limit than SBA 7(a)). Program Features

Upon completion of this initial analysis, a loan application package is completed using conforming software to assure compliance to SBA program guidelines. H&M will submit the completed loan application to the SBA for approval and guarantee issuance and provide loan closing services with detailed documentation instructions. H&M will provide SBA loan portfolio management including payment processing and remittance, required reporting, and detailed monthly activity reconciliation and reporting.

Securitization and Sale of SBA Loan Guarantee - The SBA guarantee generated from the loan transaction may be securitized and sold, generating significant non-interest fee income for the bank at no net cost.
